Stuffed Shells


Ingredients

6 ozs. Jumbo pasta shells

1 egg, beaten

16 oz. ricotta cheese

½ lb. shredded mozzarella

¼ lb. shredded Parmesan

1 ½ tsp. basil

1 tsp. salt

1 jar pasta sauce


Directions


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Bring large pot of water to boil and add pasta. Cook until al dente.

3. Mix all other ingredients together except pasta sauce.

4. Stuff the shells with the cheese mixture.

5. Place the stuffed shells in a 9X13 inch baking pan.

6. Pour pasta sauce over shells.

7. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

8. Add extra mozzarella for topping and continue to bake until melted.
